INTRODUCTION
우리는 각자 다른 기억과 감정을 안고 살아간다. 어떤 순간은 또렷하게 남고, 어떤 감정은 말로 꺼내지 못한 채 마음속에 머문다.
이 전시는 각자의 안에 쌓여온 시간과 감정들을 하나의 ‘정원’으로 바라본다.
신보라는 사진을 기반으로 기억을 다시 그려내며, 지나온 시간과 그 안에 남아 있는 감정을 겹겹이 쌓아 올린다. 그의 작업은 사라진 것들을 되짚어보는 동시에, 지금의 마음을 다시 바라보게 한다.
운우는 흙을 통해 작고 따뜻한 존재를 만들어낸다. 손의 움직임에서 시작된 형태는 서로 닮은 온기를 나누며, 감정을 자연스럽게 이어주는 매개가 된다.
그의 작업은 천천히 마음을 어루만지는 시간에 가깝다.
이다영은 쉽게 드러내지 못했던 불안과 내면의 감정을 풍경으로 풀어낸다. 익숙한 장면은 어딘가 낯설게 흔들리고, 그 속에서 스스로를 돌아보게 만드는 감각이 드러난다.
채화는 우리가 경험하는 세계가 얼마나 각기 다르게 인식될 수 있는지를 보여준다. 반복되는 색과 형태는 하나의 이미지를 이루면서도, 동시에 다르게 읽히는 가능성을 열어둔다.
이처럼 네 명의 작가는 서로 다른 방식으로 자신의 감정과 시간을 마주한다.
Colors of a Garden은 그 서로 다른 정원들이 모여 만들어지는 하나의 풍경에 대한 이야기이다.

We each carry different memories and emotions through life. Some moments remain vivid, while certain feelings stay within us, never finding their way into words.
This exhibition envisions the time and emotions accumulated within each of us as a “garden.”
Bora Shin reconstructs memories through photography, layering the time that has passed with the emotions it has left behind.
The artist’s work retraces what has disappeared while inviting us to look again at how we feel in the present.
Woonwoo creates small, warm beings from clay.
Forms born from the movements of the hand share a familiar warmth with one another, becoming a medium through which emotions naturally connect.
His work resembles a quiet moment that gently soothes the heart.
Dayoung Lee transforms deeply held anxieties and inner emotions into landscapes.
Familiar scenes seem to tremble with a subtle sense of unfamiliarity, evoking a feeling that prompts us to look within.
Chaehwa reveals how differently each of us can perceive the world we experience.
Repeated colors and forms come together to create a single image while remaining open to multiple interpretations.
In this way, the four artists confront their own emotions and the passage of time, each through a distinct artistic approach.
Colors of a Garden is a story of a single landscape formed when these different gardens come together.
